YES, Your monthly recurring bill will stay the same, no matter how much the usage is.
From the day you place your order, generally, it takes 5 business days for your service to be activated at your end. You will usually receive your high-speed install kit via courier in two business days.

Generally, the high-speed internet can be 6 megabits per second (Mbps) download or more. Our packages range from 25 megabits per second to 50 megabits per second, depending on your requirement.
The speed of service you require will depend on your usage and the devices you intend to use connecting on internet. Our Basic service (6mbps) is perfect for those who use the internet to check emails, use online services such as banking, and other day-to-day activities. However, if you like to stream videos online (such as Netflix and Hulu), or play games online (such as Minecraft) or connect gaming systems such as (X-Box, PS3), we recommend our Premium (25mbps) or Premium Plus (50mbps) services. This is recommended for those who use multiple devices connecting to internet at the same time.
Your charges will remain the same until you cancel your service.
We will be able to install the service between 4-5 days after signing up with TNEXT. Our goal is to install the service the day following your cancellation.
In order to avoid any service interruptions, please provide 4-6 days’ notice.
You will receive an invoice by email every month. You may make a payment through our ‘pay now’ link on www.TNEXT.ca by using My Account/Pay now, or call our office at (416) 477-8181 (Credit Card) or by visiting our office at 4 Finely Road, Brampton, L6T 1A9 (Cash, Credit, Debit). Payee status at RBC, TD, BMO & Scotia Bank will be set up in the next few months. Payments could be made in RBC, TD, BMO & Scotia Bank and the payee is TNEXT Communication Inc.
Yes you can cancel at any time. The service is prepaid by the month, so there is no penalty fee for cancellation. Best to cancel in the last week of the month so you do not prepay for a month that you don’t use our service.
Your account and account balance will not expire. Even if your account balance is depleted, we will keep your account active so that you can make a deposit the next time you have the need to make a Long Distance call.

You can activate up to 5 additional phone numbers on each account. The primary phone number is comprised of the x no. of additional phone numbers.

If you press the reset button on your modem/router, it basically wipes out the configuration and resets to factory setting. The modem must be reconfigured. Call TNEXT directly for assistance +1 (416) 477 8181.
Troubleshooting internet connection:
  • Check the modem (the top 4 lights : All blue for power supply and live DSL connection)
  • If the top light is Blue but the second line is Red, check the cable connection to the modem to make sure it is plugged in all the way to wall jack. If the cable is in place, contact TNEXT on 416 477 8181 to report the problem.
  • If first two lights are blue and the 3rd light is red (internet) then restart the modem/router (unplug the power cable and plug it back) if the light is not back on after few minutes please contact TNEXT for technical support at (416) 477-8181
It is normal for the wireless and internet lights to flash occasionally which means that there is an active data transmission is occurring.

Yes, you can make the long distance. It is not included in the package but you can top-up your account and make long distance calls with TNEXT lower rates

We only need a current invoice from your previous Service Provider. Please make sure that the account number, name and address are indicated in the invoice.
No, you don’t have to worry about canceling your phone connection with your previous Service Provider. Your connection will be terminated with your previous Service Provider when we port the number to TNEXT
The services are designed to save you money on long distance calls made from your cellular, office and home phone. This service does not replace your existing cellular and local calling plans; it simply allows you to stop paying the high rates for long distance calls. Unlike other calling cards, the minutes you purchase with the card will never expire and there is no monthly fee or maintenance fee.
No. You are not required to sign any contracts.
As long as you have an active telephone number you can use our long distance service by giving us a call or simply by registering online.
Placing a long distance call through will use your airtime on your cellular plan but you will not be charged any long distance charges from your cellular provider.
